Dash is an 18 month old male Brittany Spaniel cross English Springer Spaniel. Dash is a typical young lovable Spaniel constantly wagging his tail with lots of energy. He isn’t fussy on food and will do anything for a treat. He does lunge and bark at cars but if you stand away from the curb with a treat he doesn’t notice and sometimes on the lead he can bark at others but off lead he is fine. He has good recall and knows basic commands sit, stay and here. He loves a ball and will run for one all day!

Dash doesn’t like to be left so ideally a home where someone is around most of the time or someone with time to train him its okay to be alone. He is great in the car, he jumps in, sits and waits to be strapped in and doesn’t jump out with you saying its okay. He is great in the bath/shower and again does what you need him to, he is very patient. He loves to play with our resident dog and would suit a home with a dog or being the only dog. we have said no to cats in the options list as we don’t have one.

Dash has been fine with all adults coming in our home, we often have friends and family pop in to stay or have a cuppa and this doesn’t faze him he just wants to say hi. He came from a home with young children and has to be re homed due to an allergy. He has his own crate, collar, car harness and lead, although he hasn’t been crated here but is happy to go in on his own accord with a frozen kong if we pop out. He has zero aggression, doesn’t mouth or lick you so feeding raw food has been fine and he eats kibble for dinner. Currently walked 2-3 hours daily and he likes nothing better than a long nap in front of the radiator.

Dash is very much a work in progress and he will need a home that will let him settle in as this will take time. Current fosterer slept on sofa etc. Dash is neutered chipped vaccinated wormed and flead and adoption is subject to meet and greet homecheck and adoption fee.
